Born in 1968 BC, Zhuang Zi, a professional painter, is graduated from the Art Department,
Sichuan University. His works were exhibited in the 2003 “Enter the New Century Together
---- Painting Exhibition in Chengdu Sichuan”and the 2003 “The Third Chinese Painting
Exhibition”. His works also were listed in the 2004 “Chinese Middle-aged and Young Painter's
Works”and many were collected by collectors at home and abroad these years.
Faced with the diversified world, the pen, as the signal of the spirit, embodies the expre-
ssionism totally. At the same time, it pursues the fullness of the spirit, so it is the way
of achieving the style. The style of the artist comes from his tendency to the subjects
described and his experience, so it strengthens the artist's understanding and respect to
the subjects. Because of the artist's familiarity with the subjects, the painting can
present the character of the object as well as be combined with the subjective understanding
of the artist. The works, which don't need any color but are very expressive, present us

language. The artist promotes the process of the formation of the art to the level of “the
existence of life is a process of natural breath as well as the process of the realization
of spirituality”.
